It is really important to us that you love your purchase from A’Favor and we understand that mistakes can be made when you are not able to try on garments before purchasing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it doesn’t fit, we offer exchanges or return for a store credit note, which can be used on any item in store. Cash refund is not acceptable. Please make sure your items are returned new and unused with purchase receipt and filled your returned policy card. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Conditions of Returns and Exchanges:

• Returns within Australia – Returned items must be notified to us and sent back within 7 days of receipt by customer. Items must be returned with receipt and tracking number must be notified to us.

• Returns outside Australia – Returned items must be notified to us within 7 days of the received date. Items must be returned with receipt and tracking number must be notified to us.

• Items must be returned in original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and unperfumed. A’Favor reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email (wechat or call) if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

•  We do not accept any returns or exchange on Lingerie,Swimwear, Jewellry, Accessories, Special Orders (e.g. special size, customized styles.)

• We do not accept any return and exchange on sale items, this includes all promotion codes and sales. (e.g., flash sales, sale collection and reduced items).

• Customers need to afford the shipping cost for the returning items and the shipping cost incurred by exchanged items. Unless the reason of return is related to quality issues.

•   We do not take responsibility for any delay of delivery caused by post and customs.

We reserve the right to reject any items not returned in their original state or returned after the above specified number of days of customer’s receipt. These will be sent back to the customer. Shipping is non-refundable except where an error is made by us.
