Exchange & Returns
We accept exchanges on all full priced items within 7 days of receipt. We accept returns to store credit only.
To qualify for an exchange or refund, all items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. All footwear must be in original condition with no markings or scratches on the shoe including the sole and must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box.
All swimwear, lingerie and jewellery are final sale due to hygiene reasons
All items sold at a sale (discounted) price are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on any sale item ordered.
Please note, returns and exchanges are accepted at the discretion of our team, we hold the right to refuse any returns and exchanges if we deem the conditions are unsatisfactory.
Please note, the purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs and additional charges for any return or exchange. Please note we will not be responsible for returns and exchanges that are damaged or lost during transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure returns and exchanges are shipped with tracking and insurance. Purchases made online can also be exchanged at our physical store.

Store Credit will be issued to you via email once your return has been accepted and processed. All Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
